Positive Girl Seeks Experienced Assistant

I am a 41-year-old girl who loves music, animals, and when things happen around such as activities with speed and excitement. I am looking for you who have previous experience in assistance/care - and care work and are non-smoking. You need to be responsible, calm, empathetic, understanding, and meticulous.

Good collaboration skills, attentiveness, and initiative are important. You are welcome to have an interest/knowledge in alternative communication via iPad as it is used. It is of great importance that you as a person have the ability to distinguish between work and private life.

I am currently seeking a female assistant for my team.

Working hours are varying, meaning shifts during both day and evening times, as well as 1–2 weekend shifts per month. Initially, the position will involve hours as needed, as the introduction with me involves multiple shifts for us to get to know each other properly and so that we see that we work well together (2–3 weeks).

If we then feel that we match with each other, you will be offered work throughout the summer between June and August at about 80%, as well as hours as needed during sick leave. In the autumn, there are good chances for a fixed schedule at 80–85%.
