You provide support in their development towards increased independence and participation, with a focus on security, involvement, structure, and development.

- Contribute to creating structure, predictability, and security based on each child's individual needs and decisions according to IBIC. The work is based on a pedagogical approach where low-affect treatment and respect for the child's integrity are central.

- Maintain documentation according to current routines and collaborate with guardians and other important actors. You will also be an important part in developing working methods and quality in the operation together with colleagues and the manager.

The work is done in a team and in close collaboration with guardians, school, and other professions.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Personal Qualities

- You have a positive attitude and contribute to good cooperation in the workgroup.

- You have the ability to create structure and security while being flexible and able to adapt your working approach to the child's needs.

- You take responsibility for your work tasks and have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We Offer

- Introduction, support, and supervision in your work, as well as opportunities for skills development over time.

- Health and wellness allowance and the possibility of wellness hours, as we see health and a sustainable work environment as important parts of thriving and feeling well at work.
