Operations Manager

Sodexo is now seeking a reliable and experienced operations manager for a long-term assignment in cleaning and services for one of Sweden's most important industrial customers in Gällivare/Kiruna. The role is national in nature and can be partially performed remotely, with regular travel to the assignment.

Areas of Responsibility:

You are an engaged operations manager who wants to lead a team in cleaning and laundry handling for our customer LKAB, a community-supporting actor in the Swedish mining industry. Here you get a meaningful assignment, significant personal responsibility, and the opportunity to develop – both professionally and personally.

You will become an important part in ensuring daily operations run smoothly in a community-supporting business, while also getting the chance to live and work close to nature. Together with your team, you are responsible for all types of cleaning above and below ground. In connection with this, it is of utmost importance to ensure a well-functioning and optimal work environment for our colleagues in operations.

What you will work with:

• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 30 employees
• Ensure good work environment, quality, and efficiency
• Be responsible for the business's finances and results
• Have personnel responsibility for your team – coach, motivate, and develop
• Contribute to the development of the business and the team's working methods
• Create and maintain good customer relationships and ensure delivery according to agreement

Who are you?

You have:

• Experience in leadership within service, facility management, or similar
• Experience in cleaning or related service operations
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and create engagement
• A clear customer and quality focus
• Good computer skills and familiarity with administrative systems
• B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
