Job Description

Your tasks include supervising, motivating, and inspiring participants towards a sustainable livelihood.

This summer from June to August, we will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of a café and the area around the Y, and we need you to substitute for supervisors during vacation periods. Since the area is visited by many tourists, some tourist information is also included.

The substitute position is 100% daytime work with weekend duty every other weekend.

Qualifications

You need to have experience and competence in social work, and preferably experience in running a café or shop.

Personal Qualities

As a supervisor, you should feel confident in leading and supervising our participants and take responsibility for providing good service to visitors at the Y. You need to be flexible and able to meet people with different backgrounds, with the ability to engage and involve.
