Personal Assistant for a Boy

We are now seeking a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a 15-year-old active boy with autism (severe degree), who needs support in his daily life.

About the Position

The position includes both a temporary assignment and the possibility of hourly employment as needed, starting immediately. Working hours can vary and include days, evenings, and possibly weekends.

Job Duties

As a personal assistant, you will:

• Support in all daily activities (ADL), such as hygiene, meals, and routines
• Be a support in communication and social situations
• Participate in and encourage activities based on the boy's interests and needs
• Create safety, structure, and predictability in daily life

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and patient
• Has a genuine interest in working with children/adolescents with disabilities
• Has experience with autism (advantageous, but not required)
• Is flexible and responsible
• Has good cooperation skills

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
