C Company Childcare/ABC Childcare AB is seeking a qualified childcare worker with several years of experience for Äventyrets Preschool in Uppsala. Äventyrets Preschool is located in Valsätra, Lievägen 1, and has places for 43 children in age-divided groups. The preschool offers playful learning where all children feel they succeed. We base our work on the Preschool Curriculum and plan according to the children's interests, needs, and experiences.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified childcare worker. As a person, we see that you are flexible, positive, and curious in your work approach. You have the desire to continue learning and developing in your professional role. You see opportunities instead of limitations. You have a good ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a work team consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers where you complement and inspire each other. Together, you plan, implement, and reflect on the activities. You actively work to create a stimulating and developmental education where the child is at the center. You should be well-versed in the preschool curriculum and you will work according to our governing documents, our values, and our equal treatment plan. In consultation with your colleagues, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your work approach based on the needs of the activities and the best interests of the children.

Working at C Company/ABC Childcare means being involved and close in various decision-making processes. You have the opportunity to shape and develop the education at the preschool together with your colleagues. We provide work clothes (outerwear) and a wellness allowance.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% or by agreement with an initial probationary period for the first 6 months. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
