Driven and Engaged Tennis Coach for the Tennis School

Alingsås Tennis Club is seeking a driven and engaged coach with primary responsibility for the Tennis School (ages 6-12 years)

Alingsås Tennis Club was founded in 1919 and has a fine operation with about 375 members of all ages. We have 4 indoor hard courts and 4 outdoor clay courts.

We are a club where we care for each other and develop together.

You will be responsible for the tennis school for ages 6-12 years but also lead our youth coaches and be part of their education. You will also be part of the coaching team that conducts adult courses. Holding private lessons is also included in the assignment.

Together with our coach who is responsible for our tennis academy, you will be the core of our operation.

We are looking for you who:

- Are a trained coach at least at the "Club Coach" level

- Are passionate about developing others' tennis

- Can plan and schedule the tennis school's training/activities

- Are a reliable team player who takes responsibility and wants the best for the club and students

- Can absorb and work according to the club's values, Safe Tennis for All.

Playing strength, high competition experience, and competition leader training are advantageous.

The position is at 75% with the majority on the court, but for the right person, it could potentially become 100%. You will be an important piece in the club's development and will work closely with the person responsible for our academy and the sports representative on the board.
