Retail Salesperson - telescopes

To strengthen our astronomy department, we are now looking for an engaged retail salesperson who wants to become part of our team. With us, you will help customers take their first steps into stargazing or develop their already strong interest.

In our store, you will meet everyone from beginners wanting to buy their first telescope to passionate enthusiasts seeking advanced equipment. Your role will be to guide them correctly, based on their needs and level.

Job Duties

As a retail salesperson with us, you will, among other things:

• Help customers choose the right telescope.
• Provide advice on usage, features, and differences between various models.
• Create an inspiring and welcoming store environment.
• Handle goods receipt, unpacking, and product display.
• Ensure the store is organized and inviting.

We are looking for you who

• Have an interest in stargazing and telescopes
• Enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspiring others
• Thrive in meeting people and have a service-oriented work approach
• Are curious and want to learn more
• Are structured and meticulous
• Can work both independently and in a team

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not required. The most important thing is your engagement and interest in the subject.

Work hours are scheduled within the store's opening hours:

Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00

Saturday 10:00–14:00
