About the role
As a machine broker, you will be a key player in our organization and responsible for your own district. The role is independent and varied – you plan your own week, combining administrative work from a home office with customer visits in the field, using a car and phone as your primary tools. You lead transactions from initial contact to completion.
Main responsibilities
- Prospecting and relationship building: find new customers and nurture existing relationships via phone, digital channels, and personal visits.
- Valuation and documentation: assess the condition of machinery and trucks and perform calculations for the sales process.
- Marketing: produce materials for compelling ads with images, videos, and descriptions.
- Deal follow-up: follow up on leads and customers, analyze data in our CRM system to continuously improve.
- Negotiations and closing: drive the deal from first contact and ensure a secure experience for the seller.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Category B driver's license.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good computer skills and ability to work in digital systems.
Merits
- Good knowledge of English.
- Experience in B2B sales and outside sales.
- Knowledge of construction machinery and trucks.
- Category C driver's license.
