About the role

As a machinery broker, you will be a key player in our organization and responsible for your own district. The role is independent and varied – you plan your own week, combining administrative work from a home office with customer visits in the field, using a car and phone as primary tools. You lead deals from first contact to completion.

Main responsibilities

  • Prospecting and relationship building: find new customers and nurture existing relationships via phone, digital channels, and personal visits.
  • Valuation and documentation: assess the condition of machinery and trucks and perform calculations prior to a sales process.
  • Marketing: produce materials for compelling ads with images, videos, and descriptions.
  • Deal follow-up: follow up on leads and customers, analyze data in our CRM system to continuously improve.
  • Negotiations and closing: drive the deal from first contact and ensure a secure experience for the seller.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Category B driver's license.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with digital systems.

Merits

  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in B2B sales and field sales.
  • Knowledge of construction machinery and trucks.
  • Category C driver's license.
