Responsible for digital marketing, e-commerce, and farm shop

My small business continues to develop, and as the operations grow, I am now seeking you who wants to take the next step together with me.

Briefly about me and the company

I started the company when I was 16 and am now 25. My name is Teodor – you might have already figured that out ;)

The operations are very broad, but I usually say they stand on three legs:

- Carpentry, we build most things, but are best known for our exclusive chicken coops.

- Hunting & wildlife management, I have a few municipal hunting assignments, conduct traffic investigations for the police, and have larger management assignments within hunting. We also sell many hunting towers and bait accessories.

- Agriculture, produce pasture-raised eggs, sell laying hens, chicken feed, plan to open a farm shop, beekeeping, cultivation.

Moving forward, there is a strong focus on developing our marketing, social media, web shop, and building a new physical farm shop and feed shed in Upplands Väsby. I have a few too many balls in the air, so I am seeking someone who wants to be involved at an early stage and develop the operations.

About the role

This is a broad and developmental role where you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with and develop our marketing
• Be responsible for social media and content
• Further develop our web shop
• Be involved in building our farm shop from the ground up

For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on a key role and influence the company's development in the future!

We are looking for you who

• Has an interest in (or is curious about) green industries, agriculture, hunting, or carpentry
• Has education in or experience with e-commerce, marketing, or social media
• Is driven, self-motivated, and enjoys taking responsibility

It is a plus if you also want to be involved in the practical work sometimes, but it is not the main focus.

About the position

I am in no rush – the most important thing is to find the right person.

Initially, it could involve a few hours per week (e.g., alongside studies or another job), with good opportunities to expand over time.

Location is in Upplands Väsby, and parts of the work take place on-site at the farm, the rest can be done from home.

Good commuting options are available, and a driver's license is meritorious.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
