Working foreman – carpenter who wants to lead projects

We are looking for an experienced carpenter who wants to take the next step and lead small to medium-sized projects. You work both practically and drive planning, customer contact, and work supervision so that the job is delivered on time, with quality, and satisfied customers.

Job duties

• Practical carpentry in ongoing projects, with responsibility for daily planning and work distribution.
• Supervision of own craftsmen and subcontractors; ensuring time, quality, economy, and order at the workplace.
• Customer contact: handle professionally, align expectations, and lead construction meetings as needed.
• Self-inspections; documentation and time reporting according to routine.
• Material orders within given frameworks; collaboration with project management/estimation.

Requirements

• Carpenter with trade certificate or documented experience.
• Class B driver's license.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing (customer contact, supervision, documentation).
• References from previous employers/projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Merits
