Work Tasks
- Strategic and operational leadership during transition periods
- Responsible for problem-solving, change management, and business development
- Lead, coach, and inspire teams to achieve the operation's goals
- Ensure quality, continuity, and results in the assignment
Requirements for the Role
- Suitable university degree in the operational area or other education deemed equivalent by the employer, as well as good knowledge of applicable legislation
- Experience and knowledge of the target group within LSS and the intentions of LSS legislation
- Good ability to express yourself in the Swedish language in speech and writing
- Experience with computers as a work tool
- Previous management experience
- Experience working in a politically governed organization
- B driver's license
