Summary

Urbansgruppen is growing rapidly and taking on increasingly larger projects. We are seeking a Site Manager who combines sharp financial acumen with reliable production management. You will lead projects from start to inspection – on time, with quality and profitability – and build long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production on site: planning, managing subcontractor/own resources, monitoring time, quality, and finances.
• End-to-end project management: schedule/delivery plan, tender documents, procurement/contracts within frameworks, monthly forecasts, and cost control.
• HSE/work environment: work preparations, risk/self-inspections, environmental and work environment plan, deviation handling, and documentation.
• Customer responsibility: construction meetings, trust-building dialogue, satisfied clients, and smooth final inspections.
• Reporting/attestation according to company procedures.

Your profile (requirements)

• At least 5 years of documented experience as a project manager/site manager in construction.
• Strong financial management (budget, forecast, margin/gross profit, tender documents, cost control).
• High social competence and ability to convey a professional impression and build long-term relationships.
• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Class B driver's license.
• Willing to travel: can work at other locations periodically based on projects.

Merits

• Experience from new construction of residential buildings and/or LSS housing.
• Responsibility in turnkey contracts (AB/ABT), BAS-U/BAS-P, familiarity with AMA.
