About the position

As an operational Team Leader, you have a key role in the daily operations in the Central Sweden area. You lead, plan, and structure the operational work and ensure that the right things are done – at the right time and with the right quality.

You are responsible for planning and following up workdays for both yourself and service employees, and act as the hub between service employees, supervisors, property caretakers, and external partners.

The tasks include, among others:

• Lead and coordinate the daily operational work
• Ensure that reported issues are resolved according to established SLAs
• Plan and conduct inspections, furnishing, unfurnishing, and refreshments
• Perform simpler property maintenance as needed
• Have ongoing contact with property owners and collaboration partners
• Quality assure that Forenom's apartments maintain the promised standard
• Be Forenom's representative in the field

Requirements profile – what we are looking for

This role requires experience in work supervision. You are accustomed to:

• Leading and distributing work in an operational environment
• Structuring and prioritizing both your own and others' workdays
• Keeping many parallel processes running simultaneously

We see that you:

• Have documented experience in work supervision or operational responsibility
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and clear in your communication
• Have strong self-leadership and take ownership of the whole
• Thrive in a high-paced environment where no day is the same
• Master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing
• Have a B driver's license (manual car – requirement)
