In 2022, we opened our summer restaurant at Fabriken in Salthamn, just north of Visby. That autumn, we were mentioned in the prestigious Forbes magazine among the "Next Place to Eat."

After three more successful summers, we are now seeking you who want to join our continued journey forward and further develop this place. With both a café, restaurant, and event/concert areas, there is much to look forward to for the summer of 2026.

About the Position

For us, the most important thing is that you enjoy working in a small team and providing excellent service to all our guests and visitors, and that you have several years of documented leadership experience from restaurants or event venues. A great interest in food, drinks, and people is something we consider a given.

The job is varied with working hours both during the day and evening, and you will work operationally in the daily operations and service. Other responsibilities for the restaurant manager head waiter include:

- Responsibility for leading the daily operations in the restaurant

• Handling bookings
• Work distribution and daily resource planning
• Cash management, reporting, and planning
• Updating menus and current offers
• Participating in planning and execution of large parties and events together with the operations manager

Other desirable qualifications and characteristics:

• Strong sense of service and guest experience
• Interest in food, drinks, and sustainability
• Previous experience in responsibility/leadership roles
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with Trivec cash register system is advantageous but not a requirement
• Meticulous and organized
• Above all, happy and positive with your heart in the right place

The position is a seasonal employment starting in mid-May until the end of August, with the possibility of extension.
