Financial Manager / Accounting Consultant in Real Estate
Description
We are a smaller, well-established consulting and management company in Stockholm specializing in financial management and advisory services for housing associations and property owners. Here, you will encounter a down-to-earth and family-like atmosphere where we are four senior colleagues working closely together. We value personal commitment and quality over large volumes, and we are now looking for a reliable colleague who wants to take overall responsibility for their own client portfolio.
The Role
As a financial manager and accounting consultant, you have the overall responsibility for the financial handling of your clients. You serve as direct support to boards and property owners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for accounting from ongoing bookkeeping to annual reports and financial statements (K3).
- Invoicing of fees and rents as well as management of membership registers.
- Budget work and financial advisory services to housing associations.
- Ongoing customer contact and administrative tasks related to management.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient and confident in their professional role. You thrive in a smaller organization where you get to take significant personal responsibility and drive your assignments from start to finish. As a person, you are cheerful, forward-looking, and enjoy building good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Requirements and Merits:
- Several years of experience in qualified accounting work.
- Experience with the K3 framework.
- It is highly meritorious if you have worked with financial management for housing associations previously.
- You master Swedish fluently in speech and writing.
We Offer:
A key role in a stable team with high technical competence and short decision-making paths. We apply a hybrid model where we combine work at our office in Stockholm with the possibility of remote work.
