Job Duties
As a school administrator at Ribersborgsskolan, you will work closely with the school management and provide support in areas such as student, personnel, information, and authority administration. In your role, you will have an important function in our office and will occasionally guide students, colleagues, guardians, authority personnel, and other visitors. The role also includes handling student administration, such as registering students, placements, grades, and other student results. You may, among other things, be responsible for our mail handling, diary management, and registration.
Qualifications
You who apply have at least a high school education or equivalent. We prefer that you have education in the administrative field, preferably related to finance or ICT. For the position, experience in administrative tasks is required, preferably at a school or in municipal operations. You have good IT skills and are adept at learning various systems. You have good Swedish in speech and writing.
It is advantageous if you have experience working in one or more of our common IT systems such as H-rutan, Medvind, Ekot (finance), Extens or Edlevo (grades and student registration), Platina (diary management), Vikariebanken (substitute system), Skola 24 (scheduling), and Unikum (school platform).
