About the Role

As a consultant manager with us, you will have great responsibility and significant opportunities. You will manage the entire staffing process from start to finish – from customer contact and quotation work to matching, recruitment, and follow-up. Here, your performance is directly linked to your compensation.

You will, among other things:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients in healthcare and social services
• Recruit and match consultants based on clients' needs
• Create business and develop your own portfolio
• Work independently with support from an engaged and modern company

We are looking for you who

• Are driven, responsible, and thrive working on commission
• Have experience from staffing, recruitment, or sales (advantageous but not required)
• Are communicative, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic
• Want to develop and build something long-term together with us
