Job Duties
Limhamn School is seeking two dedicated student coordinators who work to increase attendance, safety, study peace, and good learning environments for our students. You collaborate with students, guardians, student health, colleagues, and external actors, and work independently with follow-up, analysis, and development. The assignment includes responsibility for value-based work, absence management, preventive work against harassment, and support for students at the individual and group level. You lead and coordinate work primarily around safety, study peace, and attendance based on the school's governing documents and the best interests of the student. The assignment also involves being a visible adult during all breaks.
Qualifications
You who are applying have an appropriate university degree in, for example, pedagogy, health, social work, or behavioral science. You have at least one year of experience working with children and youth of upper secondary school age.
Knowledge of documentation is required, as well as the ability to work independently in the assignment, both in planning and implementation.
You have good digital competence, meaning it is natural to use digital tools as work tools and aids. You are structured in your work and have very good Swedish in speech and writing. It is advantageous if you have experience working at the upper secondary level and good knowledge in didactics and pedagogy. Similarly, it is advantageous if you have experience with attendance-promoting activities and motivation-enhancing efforts.

About the Workplace
The school building was completed in 2019 and is located along Limhamn Road in Limhamn's lake city, with proximity to Ribersborg Beach, the sea, green areas, Limhamn Center, and buses to Central Station and Hyllie. The school started in August 2024 and is planned to grow into a 7–9 school with space for approximately 450 students. The school also includes a resource school with 30 students.
