Land Surveying Consultant/Real Estate Law Specialist

The Company

Söllscher Land Surveying Consultant is a Lund-based company that works with consulting assignments in the areas of urban development, infrastructure, and nature conservation. We have assignments across all of Sweden. Today, we are seven employees, including six consultants and one administrator.

About the Position

In your role as a land surveying consultant, you will handle a variety of tasks, such as land negotiation and compensation for encroachment, development projects, land management, real estate development, drafting real estate law agreements, plan implementation, real estate law advisory services, representation in land surveying procedures, real estate law investigations, work with damage compensation, representation in real estate law disputes in court, etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

· has a degree from a university or college with a focus on land surveying/civil engineering or a law degree with a focus on real estate law, or another academic education that we collectively deem equivalent

· has at least three years of relevant work experience, such as land surveyor, development engineer, land negotiator, project developer, or similar

· can express themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as you will be drafting legal documents in your work

It is advantageous if you

· have a driver's license for a passenger car

We are looking for someone with good collaboration and communication skills and a touch of pedagogical talent, as the job as a consultant involves cooperation with many actors. As a person, you are confident in negotiation situations and find it easy to convey knowledge to your surroundings, both orally and in writing. You are quality-conscious and structured, with the ability to work independently and accurately.
