About the role

As a property management coordinator, you will be a key person in our property management department. You are responsible for ensuring that daily operations within supervision, maintenance, and inspections run efficiently and maintain high quality. The role also includes identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of our working methods – both strategically and practically.

You will, among other things:

  • Participate in the property management department's management team and provide support in implementing decided activities.
  • Be responsible for the daily management and supervision of our technicians.
  • Place orders for goods and services according to our guidelines and authorization instructions.
  • Quality-assure supplier invoices and follow up on financial flows related to the operations.
  • Have some contact with tenants, suppliers, and partners.
  • Be responsible for key management, compensation cases, and standard-enhancing measures,
  • Handle sub-tasks in eviction cases


Who are you?

You are a structured and committed person who enjoys leading and motivating others, while also having a good sense of service and quality. You take responsibility, drive development, and are good at collaborating.

We prefer that you:

  • Have relevant education and at least three years of experience as an area manager or supervisor in property management.
  • Have good knowledge of building, technical installations, and maintenance processes.
  • Have worked in property systems such as Xpand, Vitec, or Momentum.
  • Are accustomed to working with change management
  • Have knowledge of systematic fire safety work (SBA) and self-inspection.
  • Have experience with real estate financial assessments and procurement responsibility according to LOU.
  • Have a B driver's license.
