Alltime Sweden is growing in Uppsala and is therefore seeking a qualified property technician/operations technician.

Alltime Sweden works with qualitative property technical management and property services where customer needs and wishes should be exceeded.

Our customers should feel more than satisfied, and therefore we always do a bit more than what is expected of us. We handle electricity, heating, sanitation, HVAC, ventilation, control and regulation technology, building services, and project management.

Job duties

With us, you work with property technical management, maintenance, and repairs. Our customers are larger property companies and housing associations, which means the type of assignments and scope vary.

Among the job duties can be mentioned:

• Rounds and internal and external maintenance of the properties,
• Function testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance within ventilation, electricity, HVAC, construction,
• Contact with customers and suppliers,
• Maintenance and fault rectification of, for example, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, ventilation.
• Calculate common repairs and measures.

Education/experience

You currently work as an operations technician, ventilation technician, electrician, HVAC installer, carpenter, property technician, or with similar job duties. We prefer that you have appropriate education in the area and several years of experience in your profession.

A B driver's license is a requirement. All reporting is done on computer and mobile, so experience with computerized programs for reporting is desirable.
