Description

Nolato Silikonteknik AB is part of the "Engineered solutions" business area within the Nolato Group. Nolato Silikonteknik is a well-known company in the industry, and our solutions for electrically and thermally conductive silicone have long been used by leading telecom manufacturers worldwide. Our intelligent technical solutions have recently also garnered significant interest from customers in the Automotive business area.

Our operations are based at the headquarters in Hallsberg, where we also develop new materials and have a test/pilot facility. Production largely takes place in our own facilities in China and Malaysia. We have a total of approximately 90 employees in Hallsberg.

We place great emphasis on your personality and ambition. Applicants should have at least a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. Experience as a machine operator from other manufacturing industries is highly meritorious. You must possess good knowledge of Swedish, as it involves reading and understanding work instructions and manuals.

As a person, you are quality-conscious, meticulous, organized, and interested in technology. You do not get stressed when unexpected events occur, and you are not afraid to raise issues that arise in production.

We work with Lean and continuous improvements, and it is important to us that products and services are delivered on time, with correct quality, and with minimal waste. We are certified according to IATF 16949, which is a standard for quality management systems for suppliers in the automotive industry. This places very high demands on us as a company regarding continuous improvements and preventing errors.

The role includes responsibility for operating machines in our extrusion process. Quality control, measurement, and documentation are also part of the duties. You are a proficient computer user, as reporting in the company's business system is involved. You are expected to actively participate and contribute to the company's improvement processes. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for producing products with the right quantity, quality, and on time. You will be part of a team of 6 people.

We work with both series and prototype manufacturing, so you must enjoy working in a fast and dynamic environment.

Since our products contain nickel, you must not be allergic to it.

Working hours are daytime:

Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 16:00 and Friday from 06:30 to 13:00

Working hours may change.

Selection is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.

The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
