Assembler/mechanic for the agricultural sector

Kronhult Lantbruk AB is a family-owned business close to the land, founded in 2021 and active in the agricultural sector. Our business idea involves performing repairs on agricultural equipment as well as metalworking and welding of various types where we build/weld various structures primarily for agricultural companies. We also carry out assembly of milking robots and slurry systems for milk producers.

With us, you will have varied work where no day is the same. We are looking for you who are primarily practically inclined, solution-oriented, and have experience from one of the areas—but who are eager to develop in several. You need to enjoy varied tasks both in the workshop and out with customers, as well as enjoy working in stables and agricultural environments. Since some customers are located at greater distances, it may periodically require that you are prepared to stay elsewhere during the workweek.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as an assembler, mechanic, welder, or similar

• Enjoy working practically and taking on new challenges

• Are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for quality

• Have good technical understanding and preferably experience with reading drawings

Meriting (but not required) are for example: forklift license, BE driver's license, welding certificates, or experience in agriculture.

Qualifications and attributes: You are practically inclined. Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and not afraid to get stuck in. The work is varied and you will switch between different types of tasks depending on projects and needs. Willingness to learn new things.

We apply a 6-month probationary period. Selection is ongoing and start date is by agreement.
