Site Manager for Vehicle Painting

Do you want to lead and develop a business in the vehicle industry? IRS Sweden is now seeking a driven site manager for our facility in Järfälla.

About the Role

As a site manager, you are responsible for daily operations, lead the team, and ensure high quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You have full personnel responsibility and work closely with employees, customers, suppliers, and management. The role reports to the regional manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate daily work
• Be responsible for personnel, work environment, and results
• Ensure quality, delivery times, and customer satisfaction
• Drive production efficiently and cost-consciously
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and management
• Ensure that procedures, safety requirements, and processes are followed

We Are Looking for You Who

• Have experience from the vehicle industry, preferably in painting (at least 5-10 years)
• Have previous leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Have good understanding of production and work environment
