Breakfast Hostess for Our Popular Weekend Brunch at Brogyllen

We are now seeking a breakfast hostess for our appreciated breakfast and brunch service on Saturdays and Sundays. We already have a strong and delightful team, but we now need reinforcement from you who wants to help create magical weekend mornings for our guests.

About the Position

The work is scheduled on weekends between 07:00–17:00, with varying working hours.

The position can be expanded for the right person if desired.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up breakfast and brunch dishes

• Fry American pancakes

• Prepare scrambled eggs and poached eggs

• Create beautiful brunch plates with feeling and precision

• Decorate with berries, flowers, and fine details

• Contribute to order, quality, and delightful energy in the kitchen

• Give guests a memorable start to the day

• Have a passion for cooking and presentation

• Have experience from a café, restaurant, brunch, or kitchen (advantageous)
