Night Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible night receptionist to join our team. In this role, you are the face of the hotel during the night and are responsible for ensuring our guests have a safe, smooth, and pleasant stay. You thrive on working independently, have a sense of order and structure, and take responsibility for ensuring the night's work runs smoothly without issues.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests during check-in and check-out, and handle payments and cash management

Manage bookings and update guest information

Answer phone calls and emails

Perform administrative tasks and prepare for the upcoming day's work

Be responsible for fire and safety procedures during the night

Keep the reception and lobby clean, tidy, and welcoming

Information:

A six-month probationary period applies

Salary according to agreement

Start date: Immediately or as agreed

We believe you are a person who provides good service with a smile, can work independently, and make quick decisions when needed. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and enjoy night work. Experience from hotels, reception, or service professions is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and sense of responsibility.
