Description
We now want to strengthen our lovely team in the Factory Kitchen with an additional chef for the summer.
We offer you a job in a fantastic environment with pulse, energy, lots of new experiences, and great opportunities for further development. From the kitchen, you look out over Lake Sävelången, our herb gardens, and our greenhouse.
At Nääs, we cook from scratch and to a large extent with local ingredients to create a dining experience beyond the ordinary.
With us, you work on lunches, à la carte, and events - no two days are the same!
You have a rotating schedule with a mix of day and evening shifts, which also includes weekend shifts.
During the day, we serve both breakfast and lunch and various types of coffee breaks to our guests. In the evening, we have two restaurants running - the Factory Kitchen and the Pan House, which will be ready by spring. We have our own brewery, bakery, and pastry shop, we grill, hold cooking courses, and bake pizza.
To fit into our team on site, you need to have a genuine interest in food and drink and be open, flexible, curious about industry trends, and last but not least, appreciate being part of a team that always wants to move upward and forward.
We apply individual salary setting based on age and previous experience.
A driver's license and access to your own car are an advantage but not a must if you live nearby.
You need to have previous experience with à la carte and/or order-based operations to fit into the role as a chef with us.
