Guest Host with Focus on Cleaning & Service Wanted for Dagöholm Farm

At Dagöholm Farm, we create a place for recovery, community, and experiences – where groups, families, and conference guests can meet in a nature-inspired and inspiring environment. To realize our vision, we are now seeking a guest host with a focus on cleaning & service.

Here, you will have a varied and independent role where you contribute to making our guests' stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. You will become an important part in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the farm.

Your work tasks will include:

✅ Housekeeping – Ensure our accommodations maintain high standards through cleaning and maintenance

✅ Service & customer interaction – Be a present host and take care of guests during check-in and check-out

✅ Basic serving & kitchen work as needed

✅ Preparations for conferences, events, and group bookings

✅ Contribute to the cozy feeling at the farm by creating order and comfort

We are looking for you who:

✨ Are a service-minded person to your fingertips and love making guests feel welcome

✨ Are self-sufficient and flexible – with us, workdays can vary!

✨ Have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a comfortable environment

✨ Have a B driver's license

✨ Are practical and solution-oriented – can step in where needed

✨ Previous experience from hotel, service, cleaning, or serving is advantageous, but not a requirement

✨ Can communicate well in Swedish and preferably English
