Sushi and Wok Chefs Wanted

We are now looking for driven sushi chefs. We offer both traditional and innovative approaches to sushi. Our focus is to deliver sushi of the highest quality at reasonable prices with a customer experience that lingers.

As a sushi chef, you should be able to fillet various types of fish, especially salmon, and have a good knowledge of handling raw ingredients, particularly raw fish. The job also involves handling other proteins besides fish.
