Position: Specialist Chef in Continental Cuisine with a Focus on European Gastronomy

Location: Sweden

Start Date: September 2026

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)


🔹 About the Position


We are seeking an experienced and passionate continental chef with good experience in working with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a fast-paced environment. You should have good knowledge of European/classical cooking and the ability to deliver high quality during service.


🔹 Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality dishes within continental cuisine

Responsible for breakfast, lunch, and à la carte menus

Ensure good hygiene and follow food safety (HACCP)

Plan and prepare mise en place before service

Work efficiently under stress and high pressure

Collaborate with kitchen team and restaurant management

Contribute to reduced food waste and good cost control

Introduce and support junior staff as needed

🔹 Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a chef in continental cuisine

Good knowledge of European cooking

Experience from a restaurant or hotel with high tempo

Experience in handling breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Good knowledge of English (Swedish is an advantage)

Team player with a positive attitude.
