About the Position

As MAR, you have an overall responsibility for the quality, safety, and development of the rehabilitation conducted within the municipality's health and medical care. You work on assignment from the administrative manager and are a central expert function in our organization.

The assignment includes:

• ensuring that laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed within the rehabilitation area
• developing processes, routines, and quality work
• monitoring and analyzing care results and driving improvement work
• acting as an advisor and support to operational managers and employees
• representing the municipality in networks and collaboration forums
• contributing to a rehabilitative approach and modern occupational therapy and physiotherapy practices.
  The role involves both strategic and operational work as well as close collaboration with MAS, SAS, operational manager HSV, department managers, and the professions in the operation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• licensure as an occupational therapist or physiotherapist
• several years of experience in rehabilitation within health and medical care
• good knowledge of relevant legislation
• experience in quality work and development processes
• the ability to build trust, lead through others, and drive change
  It is meritorious if you have previously worked as MAR or had other managerial/leadership functions. As a person, you are analytical, communicative, and secure in your profession. You have a holistic perspective, good collaboration skills, and thrive in a role where you alternate between details and overall strategic responsibility.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%, daytime.
