
Specialist Chef in Continental Cuisine

🔹 About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated chef with a good sense of European cooking to work in a bistro environment. You will work in a kitchen with an established structure for menus, purchasing, and planning, where your role will be to contribute quality, creativity, and job satisfaction in daily work.
You are expected to be self-sufficient in service and actively contribute to the overall kitchen operations.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within European bistro cuisine
Work in daily service with a focus on quality and efficiency
Prepare mise en place before service
Ensure good hygiene and follow food safety (HACCP)
Contribute creatively to kitchen development and overall experience
Collaborate closely with kitchen team and operations management
Contribute to reduced food waste and good cost control
🔹 Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a chef in European or continental cuisine
Experience from restaurant or bistro environment
Ability to work independently in service
Good sense of taste, presentation, and quality
Good knowledge of English (Swedish is meritorious)
Team player with positive attitude and job satisfaction
