About the Position

As a nurse in home healthcare, you are responsible for:

• Medical assessments and nursing interventions in the client's home
• Medication management and delegations
• Collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation staff, and home care services
• Documentation according to HSL
• Guidance and support to care staff

The work is independent but carried out in close cooperation with colleagues. You plan your day based on the patients' needs and are given great trust in your professional role.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have good ability to work independently
• Are confident in your medical assessments
• Have good documentation habits
• Have a B driver's license

Experience in home healthcare is advantageous
