Job Duties

You follow an intervention schedule and visit customers in their own homes to perform the interventions that customers are granted according to assistance decisions. The decision includes, among other things, managing general hygiene and intimate hygiene, dressing and undressing, cooking, home maintenance, and social interaction. We work extensively with motivation to be able to perform the interventions and use various work methods as aids.

Who We Are

Stockholm Dementia and Special Team is a home care company that performs interventions in customers' own homes. The organization also provides escort services, relief services, and housing support.

The organization primarily targets customers who have various severity levels of dementia illnesses, mental health issues, disabilities, and addiction problems. Evening hours primarily involve customers with dementia illnesses according to assistance decisions.

We work with the time reporting system Paragå where employees log in and out from each customer visit using a mobile phone, NFC tags, and document directly on-site in the customer's journal. Paragå monitors logins via GPS.

We have customers in 8 different districts, and you start and end each work shift from Södermalm where we have our facility, regardless of which district you are in during the day.
