Substitute Staff Sudergården Burgsvik Summer 2026

We are looking for summer substitutes for the elderly care home Sudergården in Burgsvik in southern Gotland.

We are looking for you who can work day/evening and possibly night as needed during the summer period.

Sudergården is a residence for 30 people located in Burgsvik in southern Gotland.

If you are a person who sees and understands other people's needs, are caring and interested in working with the elderly, then you might be the right person for us.

Job Duties:

As an assistant nurse/care assistant, you are responsible for providing our residents with good care and support of high quality in accordance with what has been agreed upon in the individually established implementation plan. This includes among other things:

• Personal care and support
• Utilizing the resident's own resources
• Activities and social interaction as well as outdoor time
• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals
• Washing clothes and cleaning in the residents' apartments
• Documentation
• Delegated HSL tasks

Qualifications:

Completed or ongoing education as an assistant nurse or care assistant is meritorious, as is experience in elderly care.

You are responsible and engaged in your work and want to work with the resident at the center. You can handle working at a varying pace and you want to create meaningful days for those who live with us.

You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

You are a good colleague and team member with high work ethic.

A driver's license is not necessary for the work itself, but since bus connections are inadequate, it will be needed for transportation to and from work.
