Optalmica Stockholm and the Role We Are Seeking

Optalmica Eye Clinic currently provides eye care in modern, functional, and fresh facilities in Täby Centrum. We work on assignment from the Stockholm Region, as well as privately. We currently offer general eye outpatient care, cataract surgeries, and refractive error corrective surgeries.

We have recently been awarded a larger assignment in the Stockholm Region (geographic area northeast of the City). And now we are planning for a significant expansion of operations. We will open an additional clinic in Solna where surgery will take place. This position is thus based in Solna.

The person in this role will work clinically as a nurse in the operating room. Experience in surgery is of course an advantage, but otherwise we will train you! Individual introduction and training are applied.

Our staff group currently consists of operations manager, opticians, nurses, nursing assistants, and ophthalmologists. In connection with the expanded assignment starting, we will further strengthen the team to meet the future needs of the operation.

We are a tight-knit team that enjoys working together and has fun at work. We have close collaboration between all different roles at the clinic and between Optalmica's different clinics. We work according to established, company-wide routines and processes.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, possibly an operating room nurse, and who are confident in your professional role. We would like you to have worked a few years within your profession.

As a person, you should be meticulous and responsible. You enjoy working at a high pace, and have a flexible work approach and the ability to switch between different tasks.

You have a positive attitude and are humble, and of course a good team player who has the ability to see the big picture in the team.
