BLP AB is seeking a Shelter Technician

The company's core business consists of service and contracting for shelters. BLP is part of a family-owned group and is one of the largest players in the market with a good reputation. Main responsibilities

• Install and repair shelters according to drawings and instructions for new production, ROT projects, and repairs of older shelters
• Plan daily work and collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and work colleagues
• Administer your work; report time, material usage, documentation, and make material orders

You will be based at our office in Löddeköpinge. The employment is full-time and permanent. Working hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM. Planned start as soon as possible.

You are serious and responsible. Additionally, you have good physical fitness and are very reliable. You understand what drives costs and revenues and enjoy working towards goals. You speak and write Swedish fluently (only English is insufficient). You take responsibility and ownership of your tasks and can independently develop solutions to problems in your daily work with customers. For us, the right person is absolutely the most important. You are also our "eyes" to see new business opportunities and can generate upselling in our businesses and assignments.

To succeed, the following is required

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in, for example, real estate, construction, or as an installer
• Good experience in handling tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and develop solutions
• Work with computer support and mobile applications
• Good communication skills internally and with customers
• A B driver's license is required.

You do not need prior experience working with shelters. However, it is advantageous if you have previous experience in assembly/reading drawings, concrete work/concrete class 1, hot work/welding, and electrical work/qualifications.
