Experienced carpenter – build right from the start

Urbansgruppen is growing and seeking an experienced carpenter who delivers quality, keeps to plan, and takes responsibility in dialogue with customers and colleagues. You work hands-on in projects, ensuring order, pace, and good results.

Job Duties

• Construction and carpentry work within renovation and new construction (framing, studding, drywall, kitchen, assembly, interior work).
• Reading drawings, measuring, self-inspections, and ongoing documentation.
• On-site planning: daily work order and material flow in consultation with work management.
• Customer contact in daily work – professional interaction and clear feedback.
• Material orders within given frameworks and simple time reporting according to routine.

Requirements

• Carpenter with vocational certificate or documented experience at equivalent level.
• B driver's license.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing (customer dialogue and documentation).
• References from previous employers/projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow self-inspection/KMA routines.

Merits

• Experience in calculating simple jobs and preparing quotes/documents.
• Experience with service jobs for both private and corporate customers.
• Previous responsibility as team lead/work supervisor.
• Hot work/BAS-U experience/AMA knowledge.
