About the Role

As a Site Manager with us, you have a key role in the organization. You are responsible for leading and developing project operations, from costing and planning to execution and follow-up. You have full accountability for results and work closely with both customers, site managers, and management.

You will:

• Lead and support site managers and project teams
• Be responsible for economy, quality, and scheduling in the projects
• Work with costing and business development
• Build and develop customer relationships
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to our high standards for quality and work environment

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are a confident leader with a strong business sense and a genuine commitment to the construction industry.

You have:

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within construction (e.g., site manager or site manager)
• Good knowledge in construction law, economy, and project management
• Ability to create structure and drive projects forward
• A solution-oriented approach and good communication skills
