Production Manager with Interest in Work Environment in Construction Production

We are now looking for a production manager who wants to help drive our construction projects forward – and who at the same time has a genuine commitment to work environment issues. With us, you will have a role where you both lead the daily work and contribute to creating safe, secure, and well-functioning workplaces.

About the Role

As a production manager, you will be a key person in the projects' daily operations. You work closely with the construction management and supervisors to ensure that production maintains the right quality and structure. An important part of the assignment is to be present in the production, follow up on work tasks, and ensure that routines are followed and the work functions in practice.

You will, among other things:

• coordinate daily work tasks and resources
• be a natural point of contact for the work environment
• participate in safety inspections and work environment meetings
• contribute to improvements in our routines and working methods

Education and Experience

We are looking for you who have a construction technical background and several years of experience from production. The important thing is that you understand the construction process and thrive in an operational role where you are close to both people and machinery.

We would like you to have:

• Engineering education or equivalent academic education
• 5–10 years of experience from construction production, for example as a production manager, supervisor, or within work environment

It is advantageous if you have:

• education in work environment, e.g., BAM or SAM
• experience with BAS‑U or participation in work environment work
• experience working in projects with high safety requirements

You communicate clearly, build trust, and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and contractors.
