Demolition Supervisor at DACO Contractor AB

About the Role

You are the supervisor for our demolition workers at our project sites. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily work on-site and ensuring that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and applicable safety requirements. You are the link between project management and production and play a key role in creating structure, well-being, and efficiency in the workplace.

• For projects near Helsingborg, work hours are Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00.
• For projects not near Helsingborg where daily commuting is not possible, work hours are Monday - Thursday. Accommodation/lodging is arranged by the company.
• Full-time, monthly salary

We are looking for you who meet the following requirements:

• Are reliable, hardworking, and want to deliver high quality in your work

• Are structured, responsible, and confident in leading personnel
• Have a background as a demolition worker or in the construction industry
• Speak and understand Swedish
• Have a Class B driver's license
• Have good physical fitness and enjoy physical work

• Experience in planning and follow-up of work at construction sites
