Landscape Gardener

VM Garden AB is a small company that has existed since 2022, but with experience in the industry for the past 14 years. To meet the high demand from customers, we are now looking for more cheerful individuals to join our team.

We primarily work for private individuals in and around Lund and always ensure to provide that little extra. Every customer is equally important to us, and to maintain the high standard, it is crucial that each employee feels genuine commitment.

We perform all aspects of gardening, such as pruning, hedge and topiary clipping, garden installation, planting, and general garden maintenance. There is something for everyone here, and if there is something you do not master, we are happy to train you. The work varies between solo and group tasks. We see experience as something meritorious, but the most important thing is who you are as a person and that you want to learn and develop.

Customer contact is important for us to understand how each customer wants their garden, as one is not like the other. This is a winning concept for our business, as we see and hear that our customers choose to continue hiring us. We believe in customer recommendations over marketing.
