We are seeking a Project Manager for Sepson with placement in Vansbro or Lidköping!

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Sepson, you are responsible for leading and driving projects from start to delivery. You have overall responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring that projects are delivered according to set goals, timelines, and customer requirements.

The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal functions such as engineering, production, and procurement.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

- Plan, lead, and follow up projects from start to delivery

- Ensure that projects meet technical and customer-specific requirements

- Be the main contact with the customer throughout the project

- Specify requirements and coordinate internal resources

- Drive project meetings and ensure clear communication

- Ensure progress and manage deviations

- Report project status to management and customer

- Participate in quotation work

- Ensure handover to production

The position is full-time with placement in Vansbro or Lidköping.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in project management within industrial operations.

- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience

- Experience in project management is meritorious

- Good ability to collaborate with other people

- Experience with customer contact

- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
