Personal Assistant for a young woman in Töreboda - fixed scheduled hours.

We are seeking a personal assistant for a 24-year-old woman who uses a wheelchair and has an intellectual disability. She lives with her mother, father, and younger sister in the countryside 10 km south of Töreboda.

She needs assistance with daily care, transfers, and help with continuously interpreting the surrounding world. Requires assistance and support in all occurring tasks. The work consists of being present in the home and during various activities.

Working hours can be daytime, evening, and weekend. Current employment rate approximately 75%. Start date by agreement.

We are looking for an attentive person with the ability to read current needs. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Driver's license and car are required to get to the workplace. Non-smoking is a requirement.
