Personal Assistant in Ale Municipality.

We are now seeking to strengthen one of our wonderful clients residing in Ale Municipality. She lives with round-the-clock assistance due to a CP injury. The client uses a wheelchair and requires practical support in all aspects of life. Everything from personal hygiene and quiet evenings at home to travel and concerts is part of the job description. She lives in her own apartment, which serves as the base for the work, but sometimes you will be in other locations as the client enjoys living an active life.

Who are you?

To fit the role, we believe you are a positive woman aged somewhere between 20-40 years old. You have a strong understanding of the client's self-determination and integrity. For communication between you and the client to work, it is of utmost importance that you can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Manual lifting occurs in the work, so you need to be somewhat physically strong.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, hence no previous experience in the profession is required, although it may be advantageous.

Due to the privacy-sensitive nature of the work and the client's request, we only accept female applicants.

About the Position

We are looking for 3 personal assistants for separate positions of approximately 50% each. The work is scheduled primarily with 24-hour shifts including on-call sleeping duties. Work is scheduled on all days and times of the year, with weekend work being a mandatory part.
