About the client

The client is a cheerful 34-year-old woman living in her own apartment in Södertälje. She has assistance around the clock and needs significant support to manage her daily life. Her daily routine includes physical activity and exercise, making it important that her assistants have good physical fitness and can handle lifting in the work.

The client has no independent mobility and no verbal language of her own. Therefore, it is important that the assistant can learn to interpret her signals to receive her wishes and instructions. The role of assistant requires great responsibility and the ability for presence and empathy.

What does the role of personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you will provide support in daily activities, such as personal hygiene, household chores, shopping, exercise, and accompanying to activities and meetings. The work is adapted to the client's individual needs and wishes, with the goal of creating a safe, personalized, and meaningful daily life.

Qualifications

• Good physical ability (lifting and exercise are part of the work)
• Experience in care or personal assistance is advantageous
• You are attentive, flexible, and responsible
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

About the position

We are seeking temporary substitutes in Södertälje and the surrounding area. Shifts are scheduled from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day.
