About the Role

As a work supervisor with us, you are close to the “floor” – where it happens. You work closely with our cleaners and are a key person in ensuring that the quality maintains a high level every day.

This is important to understand:

You will yourself clean part of the time.

Definitely not as a main task – but enough to set the standard, support the team, and show how the job should be done for real.

You therefore need to be really sharp at cleaning.

A role model. Someone others can learn from.

You will, among other things:

• Support and coach our employees in the daily work
• Ensure quality at the customer's site
• Participate in cleaning when needed
• Be involved in the start-up of new assignments
• Train and introduce new staff
• Work with purchasing of materials
• Find smarter ways of working and optimize operations

We are looking for you who:

• Is great at cleaning – you know the craft for real
• Takes pride in details and quality
• Enjoys working close to people and building strong teams
• Is structured but also flexible
• Takes responsibility and gets things done
• Is down-to-earth and not afraid to pitch in
• Wants to develop both yourself and others

Experience from a similar role is meritorious – but the most important thing is that you are skilled in the craft and have the right drive.
