We are now seeking a crafts teacher for a substitute position during the autumn term 2026 with the possibility of extension.
The position is a full-time substitute position starting Autumn Term 2026, with the possibility of extension. Probationary employment applies for the first 6 months.
Job Description
You will be part of a work team including both special educators and subject teachers, and you will need to work in teams around specific students but independently when required.

Who are you?
You have a Swedish teacher degree in crafts for grades 4-9 and a Swedish teacher certification. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to integrate curriculum goals into your work. You have clear leadership and stand strong in your student groups. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared. You are a present and co-inquiring educator who challenges and stimulates students for development. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is a given for you. You have direct and humble communication with guardians and build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
You should be positive and cooperative and prepared to be part of an international team.
In your role, you teach in Swedish, but among colleagues, we speak primarily English but also Swedish. This means you need to master both languages fluently, both spoken and written.
